Our 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing workshop includes lifting equipment capable of handling up to 90,000 lb, painting and blasting chambers, as well as a wide range of equipment. Our expertise allows us to manage every stage, from raw material procurement to cutting, preparation, machining, assembly, welding, painting, and mechanical assembly.

Our welding processes and welders are certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) according to CSA W47.1 standard. Following welding protocols that comply with these standards, ensures rigorous quality control and superior weld quality.

In the event of equipment failure, we have the ability to quickly manufacture replacement parts, which we keep in inventory through our comprehensive archiving system, including all project files and design drawings. Our team is available to optimize the performance of your equipment. A Vibrotech technician can be quickly mobilized for on-site repairs.
