Cross Belt Self-Cleaning Magnets

Vibrotech offers the magnetic belt separator to extract ferrous metals from bulk materials. This separator, installed above the conveyor, protects production equipment by eliminating metal debris.

The permanent magnet models use a rubber belt to discharge metals automatically. Electromagnets with reinforced belts are offered for more demanding applications.

We also supply self-cleaning magnetic pulleys for belt conveyors, continuously eliminating iron debris. Available in various sizes, these pulleys can replace existing models.
