    Would you like to be part of a dynamic and innovative team within a fast-growing company?

    Vibrotech specializes in the design and manufacture of vibratory equipment and bulk handling systems used in ports, quarries, mines, C&D sorting centers and more!

    Do you like turning ideas into concrete solutions? Do you want to play a key role in the realization of engineering projects?

    Come and put your expertise to good use as a Technical Estimator! You’ll work with our sales and engineering teams to define the best technical solutions and prepare accurate bids for our customers.

    What’s your daily routine going to be like?

    Estimating and technical analysis

    • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
    • Perform preliminary engineering calculations to size and select mechanical components
    • Ensure that estimates are consistent with technical calculations, prices received and the history of similar projects
    • Work with the buyer to identify the best suppliers and obtain competitive prices

    Bid writing

    • Prepare clear and accurate technical bids
    • Request quotations for critical components with the support of the procurement department
    • Ensure that each quotation complies with customer requirements and Vibrotech quality standards.

    Follow-up and continuous improvement

    • Follow up on quotations and price requests with customers and partners
    • Become an essential technical resource for the team
    • Participate in continuous process improvement and keep abreast of new technologies and methods
    • Contribute to the integration of AI into our processes to optimize bids and improve efficiency

    What we’re looking for:

    • D.E.C. in mechanical design or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or designing mechanical equipment
    • At least 2 years’ experience in project estimating
    • Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD
    • Analytical skills, autonomy and attention to detail
